Are you passionate about scripture and enjoy helping others grow in their faith? As an Adult Bible Study Teacher, you’ll lead engaging discussions and explore God’s word in a way that inspires and educates adults of all ages.

Are you someone who enjoys reaching out to express kindness and care? As part of our Care Team, you’ll reach out to those who may be experiencing sickness, challenges or loss. It’s amazing how meaningful a card, a phone call, or a visit can be.  As a part of a church family we are called to celebrate one another’s joys and to bear one another’s burdens. Your compassion can make a huge difference in the lives of others.

Help shape the next generation of believers! As a Children and Youth Worker, you’ll have the joy of teaching Bible lessons, leading activities, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where our children and youth can thrive!
Our Children and Youth safety and Security Policy states that in order to be considered for these positions, you must be an active part of our church for at least 6 months, and you must submit to a background check. The safety and wellbeing, of those who have been entrusted into our care, are of utmost importance.

Our Hospitality Team works to ensure that everyone feels at home when they come to First on Broad. From greeting at the door to providing helpful information or directions, your friendly presence will create a warm and  inviting atmosphere that puts others at ease. We want our church family and our guests to know they are always welcome here, because this is their Father’s house!

Do like to sing or play a musical instrument? Join our Music Ministry as part of our Choir, Praise Team, Instrumental Ensemble, or Handbells! Share your musical gifts with the church community and enrich our worship services with your talents!

If you have a knack for technology, this team is for you! Join our Technical Arts Ministry to help with sound, lighting, video or visuals during services. Your behind-the-scenes work will enhance the worship experience for everyone.

Do you have a heart for community? As a Thrive Small Group Host or Leader, you’ll create a welcoming environment for fellowship, prayer, and Bible study. Your role will be to help nurture relationships, encourage meaningful group discussions, and foster spiritual growth among group members.

If you have a heart for worship, our Worship Service Support Team is a great place to serve! This team helps take care of the preparation and logistics for worship. They help set up for worship services, and coordinate resources like flowers for mother's day or gifts for our graduates on Graduate Sunday.
Those who also enjoy leading in worship, volunteer to pray, make announcements or read scripture during services.
