More growth and development happens in the human brain in the first five years than for all the remaining years combined! Children are like sponges, soaking up the world around them. Every experience and interaction is teaching them something about themselves and the world.
At First Baptist, we believe that helping people thrive in God’s abundant life starts from the very beginning. Our goal is for every child not only to thrive now, but also to be shaped in ways that help them flourish as they grow into adulthood. That journey begins in the nursery.
Our hope is to create an environment where kids can safely explore the world around them, grow in meaningful ways, and most of all, learn that they are loved deeply by an amazing God.
Our nursery workers are background checked, trained, and—most importantly—called to this work. They have a genuine desire to see every child flourish and thrive. We want parents to feel confident that their children are not only safe, but are being cared for in a way that reflects the love of Christ.

What to Expect
Our nursery is located on a secured hallway that requires a fob for entry, so you can feel confident that your child is in a safe and protected environment. When you arrive, one of our greeters will be happy to help you find the nursery hall and check in your child.
